Chittagong: The Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) leaders on Thursday said that they are expecting about 10 lakh people in their grand rally on Saturday.

They also expected that the rally venue Lal Dighi Maidan will turn into a sea of people on the day.

The ASWJ leaders said this in a press briefing held at its temporary office at city's Jamalkhan Road area.

Criticizing the role of Hefazat-e-Islam, the ASWJ leaders said Hefazat is creating anarchy across the country in the name of peace.
