Dhaka: Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothistan (BKSP) emerged champions in the Young Tigers U-16 Cricket Competition with an emphatic seven wickets victory over Daaka Metro in the rain-marred final held Saturday at the Mymensingh Circuit House ground.

Put to bat first, Dhaka metro were dismissed at a paltry total of 103 in 45.5 overs.

Chasing a facile target, BKSP ensured their victory making 107 runs in 26.4 overs for the loss of three wickets.

Shafiul Hayat Ridoy of BKSP was adjudged the man of he match while Jajer Ali of the same team was named player of the tournament.
