DHAKA, June 30, 2013 (BSS) - The University Grants Commission (UGC) in its 132nd full commission meeting today approved the revised budget of Tk 1481.11 crore for 2012-2013 fiscal year and passed Tk 1629.19 crore for 2013-2014 fiscal year for the country's public universities.

Chaired by the commission chairman Prof Dr AK Azad Chowdhury, the meeting also okayed the revised budget of Tk. 16.08 crore for 2012-2013 fiscal year and original budget of Tk. 18.01 crore for 2013-2014 fiscal year for UGC.
