Laxmipur: At least 10 people were injured, including five policemen, during a triangular clash in Balaispur village under Sadar Thana of the district on Friday afternoon.

Of the injured, five police policemen suffered bullet injuries during the clash between two rival groups over establishing their supremacy in the area.

Sources said that local terrorists groups of Kashem Jihadi and Laden Masus locked into the fierce clash and police rushed to the spot and got involved in the clash that left 10 people injured.

The injured were rushed to different hospitals and clinics in the district.
