Dhaka: Air India is set to bridge Dhaka and Indian capital Delhi with a direct daily flight from December 3 fulfilling a long-standing aspiration of the people of the two neighbouring countries, a press release said here Wednesday.

Operated by Airbus- 320 with 140 seats this year and 168 seats from January 2013, the flight will take off from Dhaka at 9.45 am to reach Delhi at 11.45am. The incoming flight will depart Delhi at 5.45 pm (local time) and landed at Dhaka at 8.45 pm (local time).

The convenient flight schedule will offer direct onward connections from Delhi to London, Paris and Frankfurt besides direct flights to the USA and Gulf benefiting the passengers intending to travel abroad.
