Dhaka: Million of cricket fans of the country eagerly waiting for a grand celebration of the Tigers ODI series triumph when high flying Bangladesh will take on visiting West Indies in the third ODI of the SAHARA Cup five-match ODI series Wednesday at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket in Mirpur.

The day/night match kicks off at 2:30 pm. The Tigers strongly came back in the ODI series taking 2-0 lead after a disappointing two-match Test series. Bangladesh beat West Indies in the first ODI by seven wickets and crushed the visitors by 160 runs in the second ODI both at the Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium, which considered the lucky venue for them.

Bangladesh is closer to the win the series as a victory will ensure their coveted series win against West Indies and the cricket pundits thinks that the Tigers would try to fulfill their millions of fan's dream by winning the third ODI as they did in the last two ODIs in Khulna, without their key player Shakib Al Hasan.

On the other hand, the third match has become a do or die match for the visitors as must have to win the match to keep their series alive after going down by 2-0.

But Bangladesh have another sad news as after al rounder Shakib Al Hasan Bangladesh will miss the service of medium-pacer Abul Hasan as well in the remaining matches of the series.

Abul has been ruled out of the rest of the ODI series against West Indies because of a side strain. He suffered the injury while bowling in the second match in Khulna, which Bangladesh won by 160 runs.

All rounder Ziaur Rahman replaced Abul in the squad, which was otherwise unchanged for the remaining ODIs. Ziaur played eight Twenty20 internationals for Bangladesh and was in good form for Khulna Division in the National Cricket League. He also scored an unbeaten 51 against the senior team in a practice match.

In Abul's absence, Rubel Hossain and Shafiul Islam are the other pace bowlers in the Bangladesh team.

West Indies lost both ODIs in Khulna, the second by a record margin against Bangladesh of 160 runs. The two defeats inflicted on the visitors have completely changed the atmosphere of the tour following the Test victories and as West Indies moved to Dhaka on Monday last morning.

The 4th and 5th day/night ODIs will be held on December 7 and 8 at the same venue while the lone T20 are slated on December 10.
